The monthly diagnosis is a report and a photo report of all the anomalies and damage that are noted, each month.
This report is sent directly to each owner on Whatsapp, Line or by email.
It aims to prevent and anticipate that a minor and benign problem does not become big jobs in the months to come.

Budget: The price for this service is in the form of a renewable 6-month contract and its price is around THB 3.75 per m2 of your property.
This represents for example an approximate monthly price of 1500 THB for a 3 bedroom villa with garden and swimming pool.
